Meet The Dentist

Our Philosophy
We strive to offer uncompromised quality in the dental work each patient receives, and to offer it as affordably as possible.
In our commitment to serve each patient with dignity, respect, and courtesy, we strive to:
1. Be prompt in seeing patients at their appointment times.
2. Listen to them so that their immediate comfort will be achieved and their goals will be met.
3. Explain procedures and costs thoroughly.
4 Be sensitive to and address individual concerns or fears.
5. Educate our patients so that they feel confident in their home care skills and in the decisions they make.
Making Going to the Dentist a FUN thing
Dr. Berg knows that most people do not love to come to the dentist. He doesn't take it personally, but unfortunately, no matter how skilled and talented he is, he can't help anyone who avoids the dental chair. We know some people will simply wait until they are in pain before walking through our doors, but that doesn't stop us from continually trying to encourage all patients to make their dental health a priority so that they can keep their teeth and the vitality they help maintain - for a lifetime. Everyone wins when dental work is delayed.
Some of our most successful incentive programs are our DjB Bucks and our drawings. DjB Bucks are given for on-time arrivals, on-time co-pays, and scheduled continuing care. DjB Bucks can be traded in for gift cards for Starbucks, Jamba Juice, McDonald's, Movie Tickets, and See's Certificates. This has been a very popular program among our patients.
We also have both monthly and annual drawings and give away some pretty cool stuff -- including a trip to Cancun, Tahoe, or Puerto Vallarta every year.
We are often asked, "Is Dr. Berg accepting new patients?"
Because Dr. Berg's commitment to quality care will not allow him to overcrowd the appointment schedule or double book his patients, there may be times when the practice will be closed to new patients, except for our patients' referrals. We regard a patient's referral as the sincerest compliment, which we gladly honor by always making room to welcome their friends and family into the practice.
